We will require all third parties to comply with data protection agreements to protect your information.

We use Cookies, pixels, web beacons, and other technologies to collect information for:

  • Maintaining service security (such as preventing fraud).
  • Saving user preferences (such as language settings).
  • Analyzing usage behavior to optimize functions.
  • Supporting third-party advertising (such as personalized ads).

Third parties (such as Google Analytics) may use tracking technologies for analysis or advertising. To opt out of Google Analytics, visit https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout or http://optout.networkadvertising.org/. For details, see the Cookies Policy.

In restricted regions (such as China, Russia), we may use local compliant tools instead of Google Analytics.

5. How long do we retain information?

We retain your personal information only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy, unless laws require or allow a longer retention period (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). None of the purposes in this policy will require us to retain your personal information for more than 12 months after the termination of your user account.

When we no longer have a continuing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymize such information; if deletion is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), we will securely store your personal information and isolate it to prevent further processing until deletion becomes possible.

6. How do we protect your information?

We are committed to protecting your personal information through a series of technical and organizational measures to ensure its confidentiality, integrity, and security. We have implemented the following industry-standard security practices:

  • Data encryption: We use TLS 1.3 protocol to encrypt data transmission, protecting information during website, application, or payment processes (such as login credentials, order details). Stored data uses AES-256 encryption to ensure sensitive information (such as billing addresses) is protected on servers.
  • Access control: We implement strict access restrictions, allowing only trained authorized employees or necessary third parties (such as payment processors) to access data, and require multi-factor authentication. We use role-based access control (RBAC) systems to ensure data is processed only when necessary.
  • Network security: We deploy firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and regular vulnerability scans to defend against hacker attacks, malware, or other threats. Our servers are hosted in data centers compliant with SOC 2 or ISO 27001 standards to ensure physical and logical security.
  • Employee training: Our employees regularly receive data protection and privacy training to understand how to handle personal information in compliance. We implement internal policies to prohibit unauthorized disclosure or misuse of data.
  • Incident response: We have developed an incident response plan. In the event of a data breach or other security incident, we will quickly investigate, control the impact, and notify affected users in accordance with legal requirements (such as within 72 hours). We will conduct simulated tests periodically to optimize the response process.
  • Data minimization: We collect only the information necessary for the services and regularly review data collection practices to avoid unnecessary storage.

Although we have taken the above measures, internet transmission and information storage technology cannot guarantee 100% security. For example, hacker attacks, network crime, or unauthorized third parties may bypass security controls through advanced means. We cannot fully guarantee that your information will not be illegally accessed, stolen, or modified. Therefore, transmitting personal information through our services carries certain risks. We recommend that you use the services only in secure network environments (such as trusted Wi-Fi or devices) and regularly update passwords and use antivirus software to enhance protection.

If you discover any security issues (such as account anomalies), please immediately contact us through support@skyforttech.top, and we will promptly take action (such as suspending the account and investigating the incident). We are not responsible for losses caused by external factors (such as hacker attacks, network crime, or unauthorized third parties), but may provide support within the legal limits to mitigate the impact.

7. Do we collect information from minors?

We do not intentionally collect, solicit, or process information from children under 13 years of age (or the minimum age prescribed by the laws of your jurisdiction, whichever is higher), nor do we market or sell such children’s personal information. This is because our services are primarily aimed at adult users and business clients, intended to provide professional digital solutions such as website development and cloud services, rather than educational or entertainment content for children. If you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately at privacy@skyforttech.top, providing relevant details (such as account information or submission time), and we will quickly investigate and take action.

When using the services, you declare and warrant that you have reached the minimum age requirement. If we discover or suspect that we have collected personal information from users who do not meet the age requirement, we will immediately deactivate the relevant account and take reasonable measures to delete such data from our system, including notifying third parties (such as payment processors) to delete any associated records. We may retain limited log data to comply with legal requirements (such as for audits or fraud prevention), but it will not be used for any other purpose.

To protect minors, we encourage parents and guardians to supervise their children’s online activities and use device settings or third-party tools to restrict access. If you have any concerns about children’s privacy or need more guidance, please feel free to contact us. We are committed to complying with relevant laws, such as the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and regularly review our practices to ensure compliance.

8. What are your privacy rights?

We are committed to protecting your privacy and granting you control over your personal information in accordance with applicable laws in your location (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act CCPA, the European General Data Protection Regulation GDPR, etc.). The following explains the privacy rights you may have, how to exercise them, and possible restrictions. These rights help you manage the personal information we collect, ensuring you have full knowledge and choice over your data.

Your Specific Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

  • Access right: View the personal information we collect (such as name, email, browsing records), including data sources, uses, and shared objects.
  • Correction right: Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information, such as an incorrect email or address.
  • Deletion right: Request deletion of your personal information, such as account data or order records, except for legal or technical restrictions.
  • Withdrawal of consent right: Revoke consent for data processing (such as marketing emails), without affecting the legality of prior processing.
  • Objection to processing right: Object to certain processing, such as marketing or behavioral analysis.
  • Data portability right: Receive data in a machine-readable format or request transfer to other services (depending on the law).
  • Opt-out of marketing: Opt out of promotional emails at any time, while retaining necessary communications (such as order confirmations).
  • Cookies control: Reject Cookies through browser settings, which may affect some functions.
How to Exercise Your Rights?

You can submit a request through privacy@skyforttech.top, specifying the type (such as “delete data” or “opt out of marketing”), and providing identity information (such as username, order number). We will process the request within 30 days, and for complex situations, we may extend the time and notify you in advance. You can also log in to the website account to update or delete part of the information (such as personal profile, contact information).

Identity Verification and Processing

We may require verification of identity (such as email verification code). For access requests, we will provide a data report; for correction and deletion requests, we will execute as soon as possible. If unable to delete data due to legal or backup restrictions, we will explain and isolate the data.

Possible Restrictions

Your privacy rights may be restricted due to the following:

  • Fraud prevention and security: To prevent fraud, malicious requests, or abuse of rights, we may reject obviously unreasonable or repeated requests. For example, frequent submission of unfounded deletion requests may be rejected, but we will provide an explanation.
  • Legal obligations: We may need to retain certain data due to legal requirements (such as tax regulations requiring retention of transaction records). For example, order information may need to be archived to comply with audit or tax regulations.
  • Technical restrictions: Backup systems may have data copies, and we will isolate these data to prevent further use, but may not be able to delete them immediately. We will explain the isolation measures and estimated deletion time to you.
  • Third-party data: If your information has been shared with third parties (such as payment processors), we will notify them to delete or update the data, but cannot fully control their internal processes. Please refer to third parties (such as Stripe) privacy policies.

9. “Do Not Track” Feature Control

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a “Do Not Track” (DNT) feature or setting that you can activate to indicate your privacy preference not to monitor and collect data about your online browsing activities. Currently, there is no finalized uniform technical standard for identifying and implementing DNT signals. Therefore, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically conveys your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking that we must follow is adopted in the future, we will inform you of the relevant practices in the revised privacy policy.

10. Will this policy be updated?

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be marked with the “Last Updated Date” at the top of this privacy policy. If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we may notify you by posting a notice of the changes in a prominent position or sending a notification directly to you. We encourage you to review this privacy policy regularly to understand how we protect your information.
